Tuna with brown rice

My diet now consists of high protien, low fat and low carbs. Through the week I try to keep the carbohydrates to a minimum. This is called a cutting diet for body builders. On the weekends I eat normal healthy carbs , but still try to eat low fat. This allows the glycogen stores to be tapped and fat to be burned, but make no mistake. This is not Atkins. If you are trying to build muscle, do not go completely without carbs or you will begin to lose muscle along with the fat. Always drink one gallon of measured water each day along with this.
